The team of distinguished culinary and business professionals behind the students at Molina High school have combined over 25 years of business and culinary experience. Our Chef's have cooked at some of the top hospitality establishments around the DFW metro area as well as owned their own businesses. Each Chef and professional contributes a unique set of skills and talents to the department in order to develop a new generation of hospitality and culinary professionals for the Dallas area to feast on.
